RIVERSIDE, Calif., April 17, 2023 - 高倍轮盘, a leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components for power, protection, and sensing solutions, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, BE Services Company, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of Riedon Inc. ("Riedon"), including Riedon's manufacturing operations in Alhambra, California and in Tecate, Mexico. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
